Joserra Allué
Degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences, with a lifetime dedicated to sports and adventure.
With extensive experience guiding in various countries, from Thailand to Costa Rica, my goal is to connect with you on a deeply personal level, building a strong relationship essential for tackling your new Banana Nature challenges.
Born in Huesca in 1990 to an agricultural family, I grew up in a small village near the Sierra de Guara. I was always restless, eager to explore and see what lay beyond. I had the opportunity to study what I was passionate about: sports and physical activity. It was during this time that I discovered the world of adventure more deeply—especially the mountains, always so close to home.
After graduating, I decided to specialize in what truly inspired me. I earned certifications in Canyoning, Mid-Mountain Guiding, and Snowboarding Coaching, which allowed me to work several seasons. But I always felt the need for more. When the opportunity arose, I leaped to Asia, where I earned a dive guide certification on a small island in Thailand and worked a season there. A new world opened up to me—the underwater world—which I never wanted to leave.
This passion led me to Central America, guiding in Costa Rica, a country that had always fascinated me with its incredible biodiversity. I guided in various locations, surrounded by sharks and manta rays. What was supposed to be a short stay turned into over two years, during which I also worked as a canyoning guide in Costa Rica’s jungles—an absolutely thrilling and transformative experience.
These years allowed me to know the country like the back of my hand, discovering its most breathtaking spots far from the usual tourist crowds. This is why I decided to embark on this adventure travel project: to offer you unforgettable experiences.
I look forward to getting to know you, growing together, and sharing adventures.

Degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences, with a higher qualification in TAFAD (Higher Technician in Animation of Physical and Sports Activities), I have always enjoyed training, pushing my body and mind to their limits. Specializing in strength training, I aim to prepare you to bring out your best version. As the person responsible for the “preparation” section, I’ll make your journey through the range of adventures at Banana Nature easier.
Born in the city of Huesca in 1998, with a father dedicated to farming and a mother in education, I took an entirely unexpected path in the family with high-level competitive training. I’m always looking for challenges, whether they are related to strength, endurance, or speed. Every day, I strive to improve myself and I’m here to share this way of life with you so that you can reach your true potential.
I love nature; with certifications in climbing, scuba diving, and extensive experience in adventure sports, I will ensure you have no problems with the activities we offer. My main goal is to instill in you the safety, self-confidence, strength, and mindset of someone who wants new challenges in their life. You don’t know the opportunity you have right now.
I will help you with personalized progress tracking, adjusting the necessary parameters to keep you advancing, and we will communicate often so you can tell me how your preparation is going. In general, I will be the person responsible for ensuring you arrive at your adventure as prepared as possible.
If you’re eager to join one of our expeditions but don’t feel ready right now (whether due to physical, mental, or any other limitations), I will be there to prove your worth and to uncover the hidden diamond within you.
Let’s go for your best version!
What is a mountain guide?
A Mountain Guide is a professional who leads individuals or groups, teaches and coaches in sports, and manages the risks associated with activities in natural environments, ensuring the safety of all group members.
A guide certified and accredited by the AEGM (Spanish Association of Mountain Guides) is a guarantee of quality and safety in your activities.
Professionals of the AEGM with specific certification as Sports Technicians in Mid-Mountain are qualified to conduct guided outings of this type, as established by Spanish legislation in Royal Decree 318/2000 and Order ECI/858/2005.
What is a dive guide?
A dive guide or divemaster is primarily a “dive leader” responsible for the safety of other certified divers.
It is an international certification issued by PADI, requiring prerequisites such as completing the Rescue Diver course and having logged a minimum number of dives.
To obtain the certification, candidates must pass various physical and technical tests.
A divemaster is always synonymous with safety and experience.
