After you submit the form, a member of the Banana Nature team will contact you by phone to have a chat, get to know you better, and personally plan your trip.

Final quote sent

After carefully and personally crafting your trip, we will send you the final quote.

Deposit payment

Once you've decided to travel with Banana Nature, you'll need to make an initial payment of 300€ as a reservation fee, which will be deducted from the final price.

Detailed itinerary sent

Once your trip with us is confirmed, we’ll send you our detailed itinerary, where you’ll find all the day-by-day information about your journey. We’ll also schedule a call to walk you through it and answer any questions you may have.

International flight booking

We’ll help you book your international flight for the dates that work best for you, offering guidance and helping you find the best deal out there.

Full payment

The remaining amount for the trip contracted with Banana Nature will be paid, always in accordance with the booking terms and conditions.

Pre-trip support and advice

We’ll keep in close touch with you before the trip to help with anything you need—whether it’s paperwork, vaccinations, budgeting, packing, getting physically and mentally ready, or just easing any worries you may have.

On-trip support

We’ll stay in touch with you to help resolve any issues or questions that may arise during your trip — via phone with our professional guides in Spain and with our responsible local guides at each destination. What exactly is Banana Nature and who are its 'professional guides'?

On the other hand, a ‘tailor-made‘ trip is one we organize for you, but you travel on your own or with whoever you choose, without a Banana Nature guide.

We always base the tailor-made trips on the expeditions we offer in the ‘Destinations’ section, which serve as a foundation for your journey.

The difference is that expeditions are group trips organized by us and accompanied by a Banana Nature guide responsible for the group.

In contrast, a ‘Tailor-made‘ trip is one we organize for you, but you travel on your own or with whomever you choose, without a Banana Nature guide.

We always base these trips on the expeditions we offer in the ‘Destinations’ section, which serve as the foundation for your journey.

You will stay in direct contact via phone with the Banana Nature guide and trip coordinator. In addition, you will also have the contact information of a trusted local guide in your destination country.

This way, we make sure any questions or unexpected issues that may arise during your trip are resolved as quickly as possible.

No prior experience is required — all our activities are designed for a beginner level. However, you will need a basic level of physical and mental fitness. That’s why our professional guides will get in touch with you a few months before the trip to understand your initial condition.

No, it’s not mandatory. It will always depend on the destination you choose. We’ll get in touch with you to get to know you and understand your physical condition and previous experience.

Together, we’ll assess your needs, and if you decide to go ahead, our professional team will create a personalized preparation plan to ensure a complete and safe experience.

Once you register for a ‘Tailor-made’ trip, you will need to follow the booking terms and conditions outlined here. Canceling your participation three months in advance is not the same as canceling five days before the experience.

All these types of questions and logistical arrangements before the trip will be addressed together with your guide once your trip is confirmed. There’s no need to worry about them now.
